What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please call us to arrange special timing.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly motel. We welcome well-behaved pets in designated rooms for a small additional fee of $15 per night. Please inform us when booking if you’ll be bringing a pet.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for all guests. There is ample parking space directly in front of the rooms for your convenience.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property and in all guest rooms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as cash. A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.
Is breakfast included?
All rooms include coffee and tea makers. While we don’t offer a full breakfast service, several excellent restaurants and cafes are located within a 5-minute drive. Our staff is happy to provide recommendations.
Do rooms have refrigerators and microwaves?
Our Deluxe Rooms include mini refrigerators, and Family Suites feature full-size refrigerators and microwaves. Standard rooms do not include these amenities, but they may be available upon request based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a one-night room charge. Please call us to discuss any special circumstances.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year. Whether you’re visiting in summer for beach activities or winter for snowmobiling and skiing, we’re here to welcome you.
How far are you from Mackinac Island?
We are approximately 25 minutes from Saint Ignace, where you can catch the ferry to Mackinac Island. The ferry ride takes about 15-20 minutes. We’re happy to provide detailed directions and ferry schedules.
